Monday-Friday: 9AM-6PM
Saturday: 9AM-1PM

Do you do all of your work in-house?
Yes, all work is completed at our main office location.

Can you convert my VHS tapes to DVD’s?
Yes, we can convert VHS as well as any other formats such as SVHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Mini-DV and even Betamax.

Can you convert cassette tapes or LP’s to MP3′s?
Yes, we can convert standard cassette, mini-cassette LPs and 45s.

Can you transfer 8mm silent film or Super 8 to DVD?
Yes, we do this on a daily basis

Will my original tapes, CDs or media be returned to me?
Yes, we return everything you originally brought us as well as your digitized copies.

What is your turnaround time?
We typically can have your order ready in 5-7 business days. A rush service is available.

What if my CDs or LPs are scratched when I bring them in?
We check for any errors that might occur during the conversion process. If there is an audible skip or crackling we’ll do a surface cleaning. If the CD or LP is too badly damaged we will be unable to encode it properly without errors and will set it aside.

Can you give me driving directions?
Directions from I-40: Take the Watt Road Exit 369, if traveling Eastbound make a right on the exit. If traveling Westbound, make a left on the exit.  Travel approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Kingston Pike.  The Renaissance is located about half a mile ahead on the right. We are the very top of the hill to the right in suite number 103.

Are my items safe when I leave them with you?
Absolutely. Our office uses a 24/7 video surveillance system that is constantly monitored and recorded. We also use a state-of-the art alarm and fire system that immediately sends a message to the local police and fire department should a problem arise. At Digitize It Now we understand the importance of your personal keepsakes and we make every effort to treat them like our own.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we can offer discounted pricing based on large quantities and can give you a quote once we know what you have.
